We DO NOT accept any returns for the clothing items and jewelries unless you have one of the following conditions:

Wrong Dress, Wrong Size, Item Defective or Damaged:

  • If you received the wrong dress or the wrong size, you have up to THREE days to ship your item for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs will be the customers’ responsibility.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Jewelry not as described:

  • If your jewelry item is the wrong piece or not as described on the website, you have up to FIFTEEN days to return the item for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs will be the customers’ responsibility.

Return Instructions:
  • To return your product, email us at shinydresses4714@gmail.com and we will send you return and shipping instructions.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping:
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • After you have shipped your item, email us immediately with your item’s tracking number.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Items ship in 3-14 business days from the order date.

  • Heavy Beading Dresses takes 20-35 days to be sewed, shipped, and delivered

  • Some of our products are available to United States residents only. They can be delivered within 3-6 days You will be notified on the products’ description.

  • We do our very best to ship your styles the best we can, but shipping carriers can run late and shipping times vary for each package based on destination and origin. Shiny Dresses is not responsible for any delays after your item has been shipped.

  • For international orders, customs fees can apply. We do not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Contact your post office or local government for more information on customs fees.

Exchanges (if applicable)
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.


Sale items (if applicable)

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
